Another one of our family recipes that is entirely made by hand squeezing ripe lemons and zesting them for the perfect flavor.  We add a buttery crust bottom, that compliments the lemon topping and finish it with a powdered sugar topping for that extra sugar taste.  We can cut them into 18 rectangle pieces or they can be in larger squares of 9 pieces.
