Our Grandma's Carrot Cake is a splendid mixture of decadent moistness, sweetness and full of flavor that comes from our family's roots of Northern Minnesota.  It won several Blue Ribbons at the Minnesota State Fairs.  It is 1910 recipe that has been handed down several generations and we can't recommend it enough.
